Kanga-Pouch, Inc.'s general office hours are 9:00 am till 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday Mountain Standard Time. We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of credit card orders. Holiday seasons, weekends and days when we are at conventions will impact shipping so please order early. Actual delivery time will vary according to distance from Colorado and UPS or Postal Service delivery schedules.

International: see Shipping Information. Mailed orders should include a money order or cashiers check (these orders are shipped out immediately). Send to: Kanga Pouch Inc./PO Box 5909/Woodland Park, CO 80866-5909. Personal Checks are held for 12 business days. Orders may also be faxed (603-307-5801) or emailed to our customer service email link, but will not be shipped until payment of money order, credit card or cashiers check has been received. Orders may be phoned into our customer service (719-686-5300). Kanga-Pouch Inc. reserves the right to refuse business or services to anyone.

RETURN POLICY: Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization from customer service. They will be refused and returned at the customers expense (No exceptions) Requests for return must be made within 10 days of order receipt. A 15% restocking charge may be assessed when returns are not a result of our error. No exceptions will be made. Copy of invoice must accompany merchandise. Claims Policy: Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Damage in transit claims must be made with the delivering carrier, as title to the merchandise passes at the time it leaves our dock. Carton count is essential prior to signing freight bill/UPS register. We will not be responsible for carton shortages once the freight bill has been signed as the customer has acknowledged that the shipment has been received in full.
